The table above lists the pricing ranges for our office spaces. All costs listed are inclusive of rent and IT service charge.
What’s included
Rental charge includes:
- Business rates
- Loan of office furniture (subject to availability)
- Signage (for offices and building directories)
- Heat, light, power and water (water coolers are available in each kitchen and in the foyer)
- Waste disposal (general waste & mixed recyclables)
- Buildings insurance
- Daily cleaning service
- Repairs and maintenance
- Building security (the building is patrolled and alarmed daily)
- Personalised swipe cards and keys (to enable restricted access)
- Reception service (including postal collection/delivery)
- Promotion of news and events to other building occupants and to VAS’s networks
- IT service
- Shared kitchen facilities and toilets on each floor
IT Service Charge Includes:
- Extension points
- Access to broadband/WiFi
- Access to colour networked photocopier and printer (additional charge per sheet printed)
- Network access points
- Basic level of connectivity support, e.g. if tenants are having problems accessing any of the services provided
