Meeting and Training Rooms
Our meeting and training rooms are ideal for workshops, training sessions, private meetings, interviews or team away days. They can also be used as break-out rooms from the Conference Suite.
Space Details
Accessible by lift to the first floor, all rooms are fully ventilated, with free WiFi access and lots of natural light.
Our training rooms 4, 5, and 7 have high definition wall-mounted screens that connect via our provided HDMI cables. Room 5 also comes with dedicated video conferencing equipment, making it ideal for hybrid meetings and presentations.
Rooms 6 and 8 are small meetings for up to four people, perfect for one to one meetings, interviews and assessments.

Discounted prices
We offer a 10% discount for the NHS, universities and other statutory sector organisations. For the voluntary and charity sector, we offer a 35% discount.
Our standard hire periods are for a full day (9am – 4pm), half day (9am -12.30pm, or 12.30pm – 4pm) or evening (5pm-8pm). If your booking falls outside of these hours, we will still be able to accommodate you – please contact us for a bespoke quote: info@thecirclesheffield.org.uk.
Please note that we require a minimum of two weeks’ notice for weekend bookings.
