On March 27th, we were privileged to have IDAS – the Independent Domestic Abuse Services – hosting an event for International Women’s Day.
IDAS provided a statement for us to share:
The International Women’s Day event was a big success for the clients in attendance and a proud moment for our staff. This is the first social event we have held solely for our own clients, and it was a real pleasure to see them take the opportunity to connect with each other and how they interacted with the activities.
One attendee provided some feedback for the event:
I am glad I haven’t missed it! I was happy to meet some ladies from previous courses and have a chat about all sorts of topics! The event was organised, inclusive and welcoming. It was a comfy venue and we had fun with all the activities provided. I would love to see more events like this!
