Sheffield Occupational Health Advisory Service (SOHAS) is offering a fully funded, practical training programme to help line managers feel more confident managing health and wellbeing at work.
Across five interactive and face-to-face sessions, you’ll learn how to:

- Recognise problems before they escalate
- Understand reasonable adjustments and the Equality Act
- Manage sickness absence and return to work

- Know when to involve Occupational Health
You will also receive practical guides, templates, and checklists that you can start using immediately.
There is no training fee for eligible small and medium-sized businesses, but places are limited. Attendees must be able to attend all five sessions to gain the full benefit of the programme.
