Here at The Circle, we’re soon to be joined by some very exciting visitors – a group of hand-decorated lion cubs!
The Circle has partnered with Voluntary Action Sheffield and the Pride of Yorkshire to be a part of the art trail, to be displayed in streets, parks, and public spaces in Yorkshire from June – September 2026. The “Little Pride” is made of 150 adorable cub sculptures who are fundraised for, decorated by, and adopted by local schools and community groups.
This includes VAS’s very own cub, “VASlan”. Currently undergoing his makeover with help from volunteers, VASlan is very excited to soon be a central feature of The Circle’s gallery and ready to show off for visitors alongside up to four other cubs.
All funds raised by the Pride of Yorkshire go directly to Sheffield Children’s Hospital, who are celebrating their 150th anniversary this year. Show your support via VAS’s fundraising page here.
