A contemporary and accessible venue located at the heart of Sheffield city centre, The Circle is the ideal venue for your event. Whether you’re organising a conference, running a training course or need a quiet, professional space for a meeting or interview, our versatile conference and meeting rooms can be adapted to suit your requirements.
Our spaces are available for hire during the day, in the evening and at weekends. We also offer discounts for the NHS, universities, and the voluntary and charity sector.

Conference Suite
Available as a full Conference Suite or as two separate Conference Rooms, this is a great space for conferences, lectures, large meetings and award ceremonies. It is our most flexible space and accommodates groups of up to 110 people.
Meeting and Training Rooms
Our meeting and training rooms are ideal for workshops, training sessions, private meetings, interviews or team away days. They can also be used as break-out rooms from the Conference Suite.
The Gallery
The Gallery is spacious, versatile and stylish, showcasing exhibitions throughout the year. This space adjoins the Conference Suite and can be used for refreshment breaks. It can be hired in conjunction with the Conference Suite and is perfect for stall-holder and launch events, drinks receptions and networking.
Food and Drink
We work with local catering suppliers to provide a range of refreshment options for your event, including hot drinks delivered directly to your meeting room.
Central Location
We are based at 33 Rockingham Lane, just off lively Division Street. The Circle has excellent public transport links, including easy access to the Sheffield Supertram, as well as on-site bike storage. Parking is available at the nearby Q Park with a 50% discount for visitors to The Circle.
Accessible Venue
The Circle is an accessible building with onsite accessible parking, induction loop, and lift access to all floors. Support for your event
With free WiFi, free use of screens and/or projectors in all of our rooms, and additional audio-visual and technical equipment available to hire, we are here to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Additional equipment hire charges:
- Video conferencing camera and speaker – £20 + VAT
- PA system (with microphones) – £50 + VAT
- Flipchart stand, pad and pens – £10 + VAT
