Rachael West
Head of Facilities
Rachael serves as the Head of Facilities, overseeing the operations at The Circle. With extensive experience in facility management, she excels at creating an organised environment that prioritises safety and ensures everything runs seamlessly.
Rachael takes great pride in making The Circle a welcoming hub for the voluntary sector and the wider community, where a diverse range of individuals come together to connect and collaborate. The greatest reward for her is knowing that visitors leave with positive experiences and a desire to return.
Anastasiia Karpenko
Business Service & Development Manager
Anastasiia recently joined the team as Circle Business Service and Development Manager. In this role, Anastasiia manages the reception staff, including bank staff and the Business Support Administrator, and is responsible for organising events, conferences, and meetings in Circle spaces. A key part of the role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, ensuring they receive excellent customer service. Anastasiia is excited to be part of the VAS team and contribute to its growth and success.
Inspired by the projects led by both VAS and its tenants, Anastasiia values the positive change they bring to the community.
Outside of work, Anastasiia is a licensed Zumba instructor and runs three classes per week. She enjoys travelling, spending time in nature, and exploring new experiences.
Noah Harris
Business Support Administrator
As the Business Support Administrator, Noah supports a range of services across the Circle, from room bookings to the registered office. Noah is the main contact for room hire and can often be found at reception. The role also includes managing much of the invoicing and other finance-related tasks, along with providing support wherever needed.
Olive Etim
Reception and Facilities Administrator
As one of the Circle’s Reception and Facilities Administrators, Olive is here to help visitors, room hire attendees and our tenants to access our services. You’ll find her at the reception desk, greeting visitors and answering the phone. On reception, Olive helps to direct people to their events or appointments, answer questions about the Circle’s services, signpost visitors, and answer emails and phone calls.
Olive is always happy to help and encourages people to stop by reception and say hi.
Izzie Garbett
Reception and Facilities Administrator
Izzie is one of the Circle’s Reception and Facilities Administrators. They help visitors by directing them to their events and appointments and answering questions about the Circle’s services. Izzie also helps signpost visitors to other services around Sheffield and ensure that reception is a welcoming place for all.
You can find Izzie at the front desk where they greet visitors, answer the phone, and reply to emails. They ask people to stop by reception if they need anything as they are happy to help.
Mandy Bailey
Cleaner
Mandy is our main cleaner who has been working at The Circle since 2019. She has a passion for cleaning and gets lots of satisfaction from her job. Helpful and approachable, Mandy ensures that the building is in a great condition for our tenants, events, and visitors.
Outside of work, Mandy enjoys quizzes, woodworking, and spending time with her family.
