The Circle offers a reliable, confidential, and cost effective mail holding and registered office service. All charities and/or registered companies are required by law to have a registered office in the UK, which is the address shown on the public record at the Charities Commission/ Companies House, and to which all statutory post is sent. If you are setting up a new business or community group and haven’t got an office (and don’t wish to register a home address), you can now use The Circle as your registered office and take advantage of having an established and professional venue associated with your organisation. The service includes Registered office address Acceptance of all mail, including that for which a signature is required (e.g. registered post) Acceptance of parcels (not exceeding H220mm, W310mm, D220mm in dimensions), and not exceeding 1 item per week, to be collected within that week Notification of receipt of mail by telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt Storage of post in secure location Access to post between 9.00 – 5.00, Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays and Christmas/New Year closure). The service contract is for 12 months, charged at £5 plus VAT per month (for voluntary sector organisations) or £15 plus VAT per month (for all other organisations). The full 12 month charge is payable in full, in advance.
