9th March 2010: Circles on show at The Circle!

Local artist, Isobel Walker, has a collection of work on show in The Gallery, that is based upon 'circles'.

Isobel, who is based in Yorkshire Artspace, said, "I love the circle for the contradiction of the simplicity of its form, and the complexity of the associated ideas, of which the most meaningful for me are, enclosure, infinite, a window, a pathway, wholeness, universal symbol, the self and the essence of nature."

The exhibition runs until Thursday 25 March, and is open to the public, Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
