21st September 2009: Off the Shelf Festival hits Sheffield

Literary festival, Off the Shelf, is a central and vibrant part of Sheffield's year-round cultural programme, and is aimed at both local people and visitors from outside the city.

This year The Circle is hosting a number of events during the festival, including a talk from best selling author, Joanne Harris on Monday 2 November.  Written Large is an event for people with visual impairment (although all are welcome) and Joanne will be talking about her work.  Other events at The Circle include Poetry and Writing workshops and a Multi-lingual storytelling session for families.
