Location
The Circle is located in the heart of Sheffield City Centre on Rockingham Lane, which runs between West Street and Division Street.
The Circle is within easy walking distance of many major bus routes and just 10 minutes walk from Sheffield Train Station and Sheffield Interchange. The Circle is very close to the Sheffield Supertram, which offers Park and Ride facilities, with the City Hall tram stop just 2 minutes walk away. There is plenty of nearby parking available around the city centre, and The Circle offers an onsite bike park.
Accessibility
The Circle has full wheelchair access with onsite disabled parking that can be booked in advance of your visit.
Wheelchair accessible WC’s are provided on every floor. All floors are fully accessible by means of a spacious lift and a fixed induction loop hearing system is provided at the reception area and in the Conference and IT Suites. Portable devices are available for use elsewhere in the building - to use, please book in advance.
There is on-site disabled parking that can be booked in advance of your visit, and lots of nearby car parks.

On foot:
From Sheffield Train Station or Interchange
Exit the train station and walk up the path (with metal waterfall on your right hand side). Cross over the pedestrian crossing and walk straight up Howard Street towards the Sheffield Hallam Unversity main building. Bear right at the top and cross Arundel Gate at the pedestrian crossing, opposite the Millennium Galleries. Follow the ramped walkway up onto Surrey Street and continue, passing the Winter Gardens on your left. After passing the Town Hall (on your left), cross over into Barkers Pool and continue past the City Hall (on your right) up into Division Street. Rockingham Lane is the third street on your right (on corner of Costa Coffee) and The Circle is on your right hand side.
By car:
From the M1 (North or South)
Leave at junction 33 and follow the signs to Sheffield City Centre. On arrival at the Park Square roundabout, keep over to the right and take the fourth exit (opposite) towards the City Centre, with Ponds Forge complex on your left. Continue up Commercial Street, bearing left onto Arundel Gate. Continue along Arundel Gate and turn right at the roundabout into Furnival Gate. At roundabout take the second exit (straight over) and follow the road round to your left (keeping in the right hand lane). Turn right at the traffic lights into Rockingham Street. There are car parks on both sides of Rockingham Street. Once parked, walk up Rockingham Street, turn right on Division Street and first left into Rockingham Lane.
From the West
On reaching the inner ring road (A6134) take Charter Row (A625) towards the City Centre (passing signs to City Centre car parks). Turn left just before the roundabout in Rockingham Street. The car parks are further up the street past the traffic lights.
Sheffield Supertram:
We recommend that you use the Park and Ride facilities at Meadowhall, Parkway or Malin Bridge, as The Circle is 2 minutes from the City Hall tram stop. Alighting at City Hall walk along West Street and cross Carver Street (passing Walkabout) until you reach Rockingham Lane on your left.
